What this page shows
This page says which data the Trust Center processes when you visit it. The platform's own privacy notice applies to the freestays platform itself. The Trust Center is pre-launch.

What happens when you visit
When you open the pages, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, such as the IP address, date and time, the requested address, the browser identifier and the status code. The purpose is to deliver the pages securely and to defend against attacks. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR is the likely legal basis; the legitimate interest is secure operation. The function region is Frankfurt (fra1). How long the provider keeps this data is not evidenced and is being checked.
What the Trust Center does not do
According to the program code, the Trust Center sets no cookies and uses no local storage, no analytics or marketing tools and no forms. Fonts and images come from its own address, not from third parties. On every run, the build checks forms, third-party addresses and known trackers. The build also checks script code and the response headers in the configuration for access to cookies and browser storage. A computed access, where the storage name only arises at run time, is not detected. What is checked is the program code, not operation. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no access requests.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and you can object to the processing. You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The page on data subject rights describes the rights of platform users.
Legal assessment
Whether the legal basis for the connection data is chosen correctly and whether the hosting provider transfers the data to a third country is open for legal review.
